Kira Holmes participated in Queensland Cricket Pathways from 2017 to 2021. She was the Valleys DCC Womens First Grade Champion player in the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons. Kira was also a member of the Queensland Premier Cricket Team of the Year in 2021-22 and 2022-23. She made her WNCL debut with Queensland Fire in 2023.
