Carly Fuller travelled to India at the age of 16 to play for the Australian Indigenous Team. She then signed with Queensland Fire in the WNCL at the age of 17. Carly spent three years out of the game due to injury and took some time to decide whether or not to pursue a cricket career.

In 2022 Carly spent 6 months training in Darwin and rediscovering her love of the game. She relocated to Victoria at the end of 2022 and is currently playing with the Victoria Emerging Squad.
